The first reading of The Princess and the Pauper was put on by Alexis and talented community members from her alma mater, American University, after just two rehearsals. Hopefully, this is the first of many iterations of this musical.

Select Visual Development
As a multidisciplinary artist, a major portion of Alexis' creative process included visual development. Since the stage musical is based on an animated film, it was important to realize those roots and translate them to the stage adaption in a way that transported the audience to a whimsical, fairytale world.
